Tenancy Cleans

 

After Tenancy Cleans are normally after or before the tenancy starts we provide either a general freshen up to a deep clean some properties sometimes need the full works we have experience in both areas we also provide some decorating services if there is a need, we are timely and very efficient and affordable

 

Commercial Cleans

 

Commercial Clean we offer a scheduled staff that are fully trained to carry out our high standards across all our commercial customers we also carry out spot checks weekly to all commercial properties to guarantee our standards are maintained all staff are CRB checked and uniformed.

 

Domestic Cleaners

 

What ever sort of clean you require we can accommodate weekly monthly when you need us could just be spring cleaning weekly or just general cleans we also do window cleaning and gardening all our staff are CRB checked to give you piece of mind when letting us in to you homes. our mission is customer satisfaction.

 

Window Cleaning

 

We offer a tradition hand window cleaning service we also do guttering fascia boards all plastic clean P.V.C and conservatory and loads more external cleaning.

Myles and his staff have been cleaning our holiday home in Tenby for the past 2 years. We are very happy with the service that he provides and our house is always cleaned to a very high standard. He is very approachable and accommodating to our needs and nothing is too much effort. He has responded very professionally to the covid restrictions and all cleaning follows government requirements. the laundry, he was marvellous and you could rely on him doing a good job, nothing was too

Finding Myles & team to look after our holiday let/ second home in Lawrenny has been a dream come true. When we first looked around, we had such a difficult time finding reliable cleaners/ changeover/ maintenance/ gardeners/ window cleaner and the hassle of coordinating all of the above almost made us give up on the idea of letting Dolphin Cottage out. What we were looking for were a complete solution, but even more than that someone that had a passion and understood the importance of personal touches, after all this was still a home we loved and spend holidays at. Myles is nothing short of a perfectionist, he has list that have list! I now, enjoy taking bookings for the cottage , I just call Myles and it's all ready for guest. The feedback from our guest has been exceptional, just take a look at our airbnb website, guest can't get enough of all his personal touches, each and every hamper is personalised for guest. Myles and team are always on hand, on the occasion when things have gone wrong during a guest stay ie plumbing etc, Myles is there within hours if not minutes to try to sort it out or arrange for someone who can.
Anyone out there thinking of running a hoilday let , if you want peace of mind, get Myles on the job- best decision we have ever made!
